It is hereby informed that on the basis of the written examination held on 07-10- 2018, Certificate Verification was called in five spells i.e., dated on 09/09/2019 to 18/10/2019, 28/01/2020 to 04/02/2020, 01/07/2020 to 05/07/2020, 28/07/2020 to 30/07/2020 and Proficiency test held on 08-03-2020 and 27/08/2020, to the post of Junior Assistant, Typist, Junior Steno and Junior Assistant Cum Typist in Group-IV services.

the following Hall ticket numbers have been provisionally selected for appointment to the post of Junior Assistant, Typist, Junior Steno and Junior Assistant Cum Typist in Group-IV services vide Commission’s Notification No.10/2018, Dt: 02-06- 2018.

1) That success in the examination confers no right to appointment unless the appointing authority is satisfied after such enquiry as the case may be considered necessary, that the candidate having regard to her/his character and antecedents is suitable in all respects for appointment to the service.
2) That the candidate is found physically fit for the post.
3) That the candidate should produce such original certificates as required in accordance with the Rules/Notification.
