Applicant should bring duly filled-in application form and original documents and self attested copies of

(a) Proof of date of Birth,

(b) Mark Sheets of SSC/10TH

(c) Aadhar Card

(d) Copy of Bank passbook.

Relevant Documents

• Certified copy of proof of date of birth (SSC/HSCCertificate)
• Copies of mark sheet /Certificate
• Copy of Caste Certificate issued by Empowered Authority
• Disability Certificate in the prescribed form stating that persons suffering from not less
  than 40% of the relevant disability
• Valid Certified copy of proof of photo identity card (Ration card, Aadhar card, Card issued
  from Election Commission i.e. Voter ID card)
• Bank Passbook Details ( Account Number, Full name of Bank, Branch name, IFSC Code )

Change in Job-Profile and posting:

The Candidate can be posted anywhere in Telangana. Depending upon exigency of work and Management also reserves its right to change the job profile of the candidate at its discretion at any time.
